In December of 2023, Mohit Agarwal worked with Dr. Xi Gu of the Rutgers Mechanical and Aerospace Department to charter the NJ SAMPE student chapter at Rutgers University. SAMPE, or the Society for the Advancement of Material & Process Engineering, is a statewide organization chartered in 1977 in order to monitor and promote Advanced Materials in commercial applications.
