Miniature Molder

AMSL is equipped with a custom Miniature molder. The miniature molder is equipped with a Galomb bench-top molding system capable of heating several plastics. It is also equipped with a Task Master pneumatic cylinder capable of applying the same load to ensure similar processing conditions from specimen to specimen. This equipment allows for creative flexibility and the ability to create a plethora of samples due to its interchangeable mold dyes, which allow for several different types of molds to be made in a single session.
